Dr Paul Bukuluki, Department of Social Work and Social Administration / Centre for Migration and Health Studies, Makerere University, Uganda is a social worker and medical anthropologist with 15 years of experience in implementation science and expertise in gender, social norms change related to violence against women and girls, child protection and social protection in humanitarian and development settings.

He is an Associate Professor at Makerere University, School of Social Sciences, leading social science research on migration and health, social norm change in relation to violence against women, violence against children and harmful practices.
