Profile

Dr Hadijah Mwenyango is a Lecturer in the Department of Social Work and Social Administration, Makerere University, Uganda. She is the Regional Coordinator for the International Association of Schools of Social Work East Africa Regional Resource Centre and a member of the Global Refugee Health Research Network based at the University of Edinburgh UK.  She is also an associate member at the Centre for Health and Social Economic Improvement Uganda.

Her teaching and research interests include social work, forced migration and refugees, health, human rights, social services and social policy and development. She also coordinates the Online Course on Health and Migration organised by the Centre for Health and Migration, Vienna and Department of Social Work, Makerere University.
